Artichoke Dip

1 Large container of artichokes, drained and mashed with a fork.
1 cup Mayonaise
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Garlic salt

Mix all ingredients together. bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips.

Snickers Salad

6 Granny Smith Apples
3 King Size Snickers Candy Bars
1 8oz Cool Whip
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg

Freeze candy bars. Smash with a hammer or cut with sharp knife into pieces. Core and cut up apples. Add a red apple for color. Mix all ingredients together....Enjoy!

Peg's Salsa

Mix:

1 can dried tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano. Put in a dash of parsley, thyme, pepper, cilantro and mix with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce.

Add more or less pepper to taste...

Peg's Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp soy sauce
A dash of garlic, basil, oregano, cayanne pepper.
1/8 cup white wine
2 Tsp Plum Sauce

Mix all ingredients together
Marinate chicken 1-2 hours
Grill or Broil Chicken

Key Lime Pie

8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
2 Keebler Graham Cracker Crusts
1 egg white
1 cup whipped cream
2 packets Splenda sweetner

Beat cream cheese, then add milk and juice. Brush crusts with egg white and bake in 425 degree oven for 5 minutes, then cool. Pour cream cheese mixture into crusts. Mix Splenda with whipped cream and spread over pie. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve. (Double recipe to made three pies.)
